The following are real stories of real people, some details have been hidden to protect identities, but all of these stories represent real people with very real pain and suffering, whom we’ve had the fortune of meeting and learning from

Results vary as is a part of life, but here are some victories we’ve had along the way.

Achilles pain from a broken ankle, gone in 1 treatment. Turf Toe, gone in 2 Treatments. Clicking hip syndrome resolved in 3 Treatments - Male, 16 years old, Football Player

The patient was recovering from a broken ankle for 1 year - in that time he was resting and rehabilitating, and unable to practice. He came to me with 4 weeks to get back on the field, so that he could have a stellar season to honor his dad in his terminal year of life. 

The patient, going from rest to 100% athletic output, was running into “booting up” pains as his body was getting used to higher output. He had, and so far has recovered from the following injuries at the time of writing this:

Came in with sciatica/hip pain, for just a few treatments, and after about 2 treatments was feeling much better, and around treatment 3 or 4, the pain was gone, and she was able to go on, living her life-saving geriatric dogs from the shelter, and caring for hikers along the Appalachian mountains. 

Sciatica from Cross-fit overtraining and weight loss support (sciatica mostly better in 2-3 treatments) - Woman in late 40’s, telecom employee, mom, and CrossFit-ista

Patient with hip and lower back pain from squats and box jumps. A patient comes in with Whiplash from being rear-ended. Lots of pain at the time of the first treatment, after the second, the pain was down 50%, after the 3rd, down to about 25%, and after the 5th, the pain was basically gone, and she was a believer in acupuncture afterward. Cupping, acupuncture, and stretching were her saving graces. 

Years of low back pain gone in 9 treatments - Male, 39, Stateworker, forager

After years and years of back pain, the patient came in to finally fix it. After 6 weeks of stretching, acupuncture, herbs, and persistence. We chased his back pain to almost none. He was able to dance at his wedding without pain. He is now a stellar Qi Gong practitioner, and his life has turned around in the past year, due to his own choices, and to embracing the techniques of Traditional East Asian Medicine. 

Headache, shoulder tension, stress, neck pain gone in 6 treatments - Woman Mid 30’s, Educator, Entrepreneur

The patient came in with chronic headaches with neck and shoulder pain. After a few weeks of weekly acupuncture, the headaches cleared up gradually with the neck and shoulder pain, and that was it! The pain was gone and we got to move on to the next level of things.

The patient was suffering from extreme overwork, fatigue, soreness, and pain in the lower back, neck, shoulders, and fingers. The pain was largely gone with 6 weeks of 2x weekly treatment.

The patient came in with an unrelenting knee, ankle, hip, and lower back pain, and said, “I have a triathlon race in 5 weeks, please fix this by then.” So we did our best, and in 5 weeks we were able to get her to compete in the triathlon with all her friends, without any pain in the affected areas. 

Blood pressure down 25pts in 5 treatments and stabilized after ten treatments - Man, late 50, Father, and Accountant

The patient came in with a blood pressure of 155/95 and left after the 3rd treatment with a blood pressure of 130 over 80. He was surprised to see such a quick transformation. 

Shoulder pain during pushups (from overtraining) gone in 1 treatment - Man, late 40’s Personal Trainer, Entrepreneur and Diet Therapist

The patient came in with stabbing pain in his shoulder, that was getting in his way of training (himself and others), and he couldn’t do pushups without issue. After one treatment, he was pain-free and checked in 6 months later to say, he still had no pain.

The patient came in with unrelenting diarrhea after developing Crohn's disease, from being “locked in” during COVID, with an abusive spouse. 5+ times per day she had diarrhea and had to know where all the public bathrooms were along her route just in case. While in our care, she left the relationship, found a new home, and no longer had diarrhea all day every day. 

1.25 years of unrelenting rectal bleeding, resolved in 4 months - Woman mid-30 Writer/Author

The patient came to us with 1+ years of relentless, everyday rectal bleeding for several internal issues, not the least of which is hemorrhoids. After seeing us for 2-3 months, the bleeding was abating and she was hospitalized for severe anemia. This turned out to be great news, as when she left the hospital with a transfusion of new blood, she had luster to her again and was able to live with more vigor. With the help of the ER, Gastroenterologist, acupuncture, and intense Chinese herbal intervention, she was able to leave our care, no longer bleeding

Head, neck, and shoulder pain, migraines, and insomnia - Woman mid 50’s, Real Estate Investor

The patient came to me with severe head, neck, and shoulder pain, with frequent, tremendously painful migraines. These Migraines abated after 3 treatments, and the head/neck and shoulder pain was almost gone after 4 treatments. 

Bedridden Sciatica - Woman 79-year-old retiree and Great Grandmother

The patient called us for a house call where she was stuck in bed because of how much pain she was in. Screaming in the middle of the night in so much pain. After 3 weeks and 3 treatments, she was sciatica-free for almost a year. Recently she had a flare which is being treated by acupuncture again, but is not uncommon in folks with low activity ability from illnesses and chronic pain.

The patient came to us after being bedridden for 2-3 days/week, with extreme exhaustion and severe digestive issues. He has had gastric bypass surgery and over 80 surgeries in total. After 6 months of treatment, he is seeing a decrease across all symptoms\

Teenage anxiety and depression - Female, 16 years, student

Long-standing anxiety and depression that did not respond to medication. She was acting out; stealing, experimenting with drugs, and disengaging from her family. We identified mutations in genetic pathways that control neurotransmitter metabolism and supplemented her with the appropriate nutrients. Anxiety has decreased from 9/10 to 5/10 after taking the right supplements for less than 2 months. Analyzing his genetics allowed us to determine the correct supplements to compensate for genetic mutations, as well as the ideal forms of different vitamins that he needed to take.

By identifying and treating chronic viral infections, toxic mold exposure, and detoxification bottlenecks at the genetic level, we were able to treat the underlying cause of her issues.
