Appointments: All visits are by appointment only. 

The Fine Print For The Membership And Package Based Programs

  • If you do not schedule your appointment within a given week for acupuncture the visit will be forfeited.

  • Patients must schedule their own appts through the online patient portal.

  • Standing weekly acupuncture and monthly naturopathic visits can be scheduled in advance to hold your time slot and are encouraged.

  • No late cancellations or no-show fees, but the appointment will be forfeited if not rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Supplements 10% discount through Fullscript and Kamwo Pharmacy.

Pause Policy: minimum 1 mo, beginning on your billing date. After 30 days, you can restart your program on any day of the month and this will become your new billing date. Maximum of 2 pauses per year. There will be a $100/mo charge while paused to retain your concierge spot, account maintenance and email access to the doctors. The pause fee will be prorated, depending on your re-start date.

Additional visits are available at a steeply discounted rate: $100 acupuncture, $150 naturopathic.

Vacation: The clinic is closed on federal holidays, Christmas Eve-New Years Day (inclusive) and for an additional 2 weeks where no treatments or consultations will be delivered. If the doctors are unavailable beyond the specified holidays and 2 weeks vacation, the missed treatments can be made up to you within 30 days of the missed appointment. We will provide you with as much notice as possible for clinic closure dates.

6 month contracts preferred.

*Our goal is to offer results, not a package of visits. It shall be upon the doctor’s determination how many visits are needed and how long those visits will be. The “60 min acupuncture appointment” standard is based on a convoluted insurance compensation schedule based on 15 min billable increments. Insurance companies will pay up to 60 min max, that is why acu’s encourage 60 min appointments. It is arbitrary. 60 min appointments are not a medical standard of care, and have no bearing on the efficacy of a treatment. In other words, if we need 5 minutes, 3x in a week to fix a knee, why would we do it in 180 minutes and waste everyone’s time? Additionally, one on one office time will be limited to a maximum 4 hours monthly per person in an acknowledgement of parkinson’s principle, and an effort to accommodate everyone fairly. Appointments and memberships are non-transferrable. 

**We require that herbs and supplements prescribed by us be ordered through our suppliers. This way we can ensure potency and quality of the medications. If herbs and supplements are ordered from other sources, they will differ in dosage, potency, preparation, freshness, contamination and other aspects of quality assurance. If we cannot be sure that the medicine is correct, we ensure timely results or troubleshoot unforeseen results.
